3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover processing and handling costs.
- The remaining eligible refund amount will be issued as Hale & Cove Store Credit (Online Store Voucher), which can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Return shipping charges for sending the product back to Hale & Cove are the sole responsibility of the customer.
